Special Faculty (Postdoc), Department of Statistics, Carnegie Mellon University.

I am currently a special faculty in the Department of Statistics and Data Science and the Institute for Complex Social Dynamics (ICSD) at Carnegie Mellon University, where I work with Dr. Nynke Niezink on three-way network data analysis. I earned my Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Pittsburgh, conducting research under the guidance of Dr. Kehui Chen from 2020 to 2025.
Before starting my doctoral studies, I was a Research Associate at the Seoul National University College of Medicine, collaborating with Dr. Yun-chul Hong. My work focused on analyzing gene expression and methylation data, microbiome compositions, and time-series biomarker data.
My research is primarily focused on Network data analysis
, Dynamic Prediction in Survival Analysis
, and High-dimesional data using Network structure
These areas are critical to statistical research, providing significant advancements in predictive modeling and the understanding of complex data relationships.
